How long does it take to get my order?
It takes approximatley 3-4 business days to manufacture your personalized product and then delivery time varies based on the shipping preference choosen during the checkout process.

We do our best to insure quick turn around of your product, however, we can not guarantee delays that our shipping partners USPS and UPS may have as a result of heavy volumes, or bad weather.
How can I check on my order status?
You will automatically receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped with a tracking number, we normally ship United States Postal Service, when you receive your tracking number, you can go to USPS Tracking at http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm, and enter the tracking number provided in your email.

I noticed that I have mis-spelled something in my order, How do I get it fixed?
You can send an email to support@2blockheads.com or call us at 610 970-9024, however, if the order has already been processed we will not be able to correct it at our expense, but you can re-order another.
What if I do not know all of the information you have asked for when personalizing a book?
Some of our more popular books can be fully edited by our team for you, however, some cannot so this depends on the storyline, you can also look for the fields that may be indicated as optional, these fields are not required in order to customize a book. Special requests should be emailed to support@2blockheads.com
Do you take special requests outside of what I am allowed to enter on the site?
Yes, but delivery times may increase slightly depending on our current workload.

If you would like to just order by mail, you can print out this order form. and mail payment as indicated above. If payment is not received with 15 days of order placement it will be automatically cancelled.
